RETURN PROCEDURE

Please pack your return carefully in a padded box to avoid damage during shipping. Once we confirm your request via email, you can send your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
Please expect 15 business days for your order to be processed, once we receive it. During peak season, allow extra processing time due to higher than normal volumes. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is completed. Please note: Depending on your issuing bank, your credit may not show until your next billing cycle.
